Frequently Asked Questions

How does multi-page handling work?

Each page becomes its own sheet in the exported Excel file, named "Page 1," "Page 2," and so on.

What if a page has no table?

That page's sheet will note that no table was detected β€” the tool still processes every page rather than skipping any.

Is there a page limit?

This works well under about 15 pages; longer documents take proportionally longer since every page is rendered and processed individually.

Can I review before downloading?

Yes, a preview of each detected table appears on the page before you export the final Excel file.

Does this work on scanned PDFs?

Yes β€” every page is rendered as an image first, so this works whether your PDF has a real text layer or is entirely scanned images.
