AuthenTools is a free platform of browser-based online tools — image, PDF, text, developer, and utility tools that run directly on your device instead of on a server.
Who’s behind this
AuthenTools is built and maintained by Team Authentools, an independent developer based in Pakistan. I started this project after using one too many “free tool” websites that quietly uploaded my files to a server before doing anything useful — even for tasks as simple as resizing an image or reformatting a block of text. AuthenTools is my answer to that: the same convenience, without handing your files to a stranger’s server first.
Why we built it this way
Most free online tool sites process your file on their server — even when the task (resizing an image, converting a file format, reformatting text) doesn’t actually need that. AuthenTools processes files directly in your browser wherever it’s technically possible, using standard web technology like the Canvas API and WebAssembly, rather than sending your file anywhere.
A small number of tools have genuine technical limitations that require a different method. Each of those tools states this plainly on its own page — we don’t make a blanket privacy claim that isn’t true for every tool.
